Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to love every Laboosh piece. If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. A flat return fee applies depending on your region.

Our Returns Promise

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn item for a refund or exchange. We currently accept returns from the United Kingdom and EU countries only.

Return Fees

EU countries — €10 return fee

United Kingdom — €22 return fee

The return fee is deducted from your refund.

What can I return?

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all tags and labels still attached
Returned in original packaging where possible
Within 30 days of the delivery date

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on underwear, socks, or pierced earrings unless faulty.

How to Return

Email returns@laboosh.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
We'll reply within 24 hours with your returns label and instructions.
Pack your items securely (original packaging is ideal), attach the label, and drop the parcel at your nearest carrier location.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days, minus the return fee for your region.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email returns@laboosh.com with your order number and the new size or item you'd like. We'll hold the new piece for you while your original is in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return, minus the applicable return fee. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 2–5 days to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order, but if something does slip through, please email hello@laboosh.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement at our cost — including return shipping.

Sale Items

Items purchased at full price or with a standard discount can be returned per the policy above. Items marked Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
