Add the items you'd like to your shopping bag, then proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. You don't need an account to place an order, though creating one makes future purchases faster.

We aim to process orders within a few hours of receipt, so changes and cancellations need to be requested as quickly as possible. Email us at hello@laboosh.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes — but you can return it for a refund or exchange once it arrives.

Yes — you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched. If you don't see them, please check your spam folder.

Every Laboosh order is dispatched in our signature recycled-paper packaging — minimal, clean, and gift-ready as standard. We're working on a complimentary gift-wrap option which will be available soon.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and all EU countries. We do not ship anywhere else at the moment. See our Delivery page for costs and timeframes.

All orders ship from our Spanish warehouse and arrive in 2–5 working days across the whole of Europe (UK and all EU countries). All parcels are tracked and require a signature on delivery. Estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch.

We charge a flat rate: €10 to all EU countries and €22 to the United Kingdom. We don't currently offer free shipping.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you have an account, you can also view tracking details from your account dashboard.

Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by the destination country's customs authority — we have no control over these fees.

You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. A flat return fee applies — €10 for the EU and €22 for the UK — deducted from your refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging. See our Returns page for full details.

Email returns@laboosh.com with your order number and we'll send your returns label and instructions. Pack your items in their original packaging, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest carrier location. You'll receive a refund within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return, minus the return fee for your region.

Yes. Email us with your order number and the size you'd like to swap to. We'll hold the new size for you and send instructions for returning the original. Once the original arrives back with us, we'll dispatch your exchange.

We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Please email hello@laboosh.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at our cost.

Every product page has a size chart linked under the size selector. Our sizing follows EU age-based measurements (e.g. 4Y = age 4) and corresponds to average height and chest measurements for each age range. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Laboosh pieces are designed with a relaxed, easy fit so they grow with your child. Most items fit true to size — but for slim builds, sizing down keeps things tailored; for taller builds, sizing up gives a little more longevity.

Care instructions are printed on the inside label of each garment and listed on every product page. As a general rule: wash inside out on a cool 30°C cycle, avoid bleach, and reshape while damp. For knitwear, we recommend laying flat to dry. Looking after your Laboosh pieces well means they'll last longer — and look better doing it.

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you save your details for faster future checkouts, view your order history, track shipments, and manage your address book.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (pay in 3 or 30 days). All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.

Yes. Our site uses industry-standard SSL encryption and is hosted on Shopify's secure platform. Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant providers — we never see or store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for full information.
