Delivery

Where We Ship

All orders are shipped from our Spanish warehouse. We currently ship to the United Kingdom and all EU countries. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.

Delivery Costs & Times

EU countries — €10 flat rate · 2–5 working days

United Kingdom — €22 flat rate · 2–5 working days

Delivery takes 2–5 working days across the whole of Europe.

Tracking & Signature

All orders are fully tracked end-to-end and a signature is required on delivery. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our Spanish warehouse.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Customs & Duties

Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid to the courier on delivery, depending on the destination. Please check your local regulations.

Missed Deliveries

As a signature is required, please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If you're not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. Parcels are usually held at the local depot for 7–10 days before being returned to us.
