Our Returns Promise

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item for a refund or exchange. We accept returns worldwide, and approved returns are sent to our Dubai warehouse.

Return Fees

EU — €20
United Kingdom — €20
USA — US$30
Saudi Arabia — €20
UAE — €20
Australia — €30
Rest of the world — €40

The return fee is deducted from your refund.

What Can I Return?

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags attached, returned in original packaging where possible, and sent within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

1. Email returns@laboosh.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Our team will review the request and send your return instructions.
3. Pack the items securely and follow the approved shipping instructions for our Dubai warehouse.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund within 5–7 working days, minus the applicable return fee.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email returns@laboosh.com with your order number and requested replacement. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are dispatched after the original item has been received and approved.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving and approving the return, minus the applicable return fee. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 2–5 days to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, email hello@laboosh.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost, including return shipping.

Sale Items

Full-price and standard-discount items can be returned under this policy. Items marked Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
