Where We Ship

All orders ship from our Spanish warehouse, fully tracked with a signature required on delivery. We ship worldwide, including the EU, United Kingdom, USA, Saudi Arabia, UAE, the wider Gulf and Australia.

Shipping Costs

EU — Free over €200, otherwise €10. Duties and taxes included.

United Kingdom — Free over £200, otherwise £12. Duties and taxes included.

Australia — Free over A$300, otherwise A$40. Duties and taxes included.

Saudi Arabia — Free over SAR 900, otherwise SAR 85. Duties and taxes included.

UAE and wider Gulf — Free over AED 850, otherwise AED 85. Duties and taxes included.

USA and Canada — US$30 flat. Duties and taxes calculated at checkout.

Rest of the world — €50 flat. Duties and taxes calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

EU — 2–5 working days

United Kingdom — 3–5 working days

Saudi Arabia and UAE — 3–5 business days

Wider Gulf (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan and Qatar) — 3–5 business days

USA, Australia and rest of the world — 5–8 working days

Estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, UAE, wider Gulf and Australia, duties and taxes are included, so there are no charges on arrival. EU orders ship duty-free within the EU.

For the USA, Canada and rest of the world, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so you can see the full cost upfront.

Tracking and Signature

All orders are fully tracked and a signature is required on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If delivery is missed, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

Orders are prepared on working days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched.
